At the Annual Dinner and Awards night of the Urban Taskforce in Sydney on 10th August 2005, The Hon. Eric Roozendaal MLC presented the Urban Taskforces Development Excellence Award 2005 to Walsh Bay Partnership (Mirvac & Transfield Joint Venture) for Walsh Bay Redevelopment.

Quadrant off Broadway

The Quadrant Off Broadway is a model mixed-use development on a transport corridor, as envisaged by the NSW Governments Metropolitan Strategy. The project is mixed use with 234 residential apartments, 63 student apartments with 150 beds, and 100,000m2 of commercial space in the refurbished Wilcox Mofflin and Broadway Picture Theatre buildings, as well as retail.

The Lanes at Kirkham

The former St Margarets hospital sits on a 7585m2 site in Sydneys Surry Hills. SJB and PTW Architects, in conjunction with Zone Developments have retained and adaptively reused the sites two heritage structures, and built three new buildings around a generous, sunny public space which has activated the site and reintroduced St Margarets back into the Surry Hills residential neighborhood.

Ernst & Young Building at World Square

The Ernst & Young centre is a $450 million high-rise office development in the Sydney CBD. It is 56 storeys in total 46 storeys above ground level with a two-storey retail podium. It rises to a height of 230m and comprises 62,250 m2 of net lettable area.
