The development adaptively reused an existing industrial facility and the design benefited from inherent, generous industrial volumes, roof skylights for natural light, structural steelwork, high load capacity concrete floors and large hardstand areas that could be used for car parking. Reusing the existing building significantly contributed to reducing energy in producing the facility and was key sustainable initiatives on the site.
